Hello all!
I just had an article publish in Lawyer’s Weekly Magazine and thought some of you might be interested in reading it.
The article is about using intellectual property (IP) and regulatory laws to brand foods and beverages. IP and regulatory laws are really the heart of my practice (in the food space and otherwise) and I like to say they go together as well as wine and cheese, or popcorn and chocolate (don’t dis it until you’ve tried it!). I hope you enjoy the article (and learn something about what I do as a regulatory and branding lawyer)!
If this is a topic you’d like to learn more about, join me for my (free!) online webinar on January 31st at noon, when I’ll be talking more about branding in the food and beverage industry. If you’d like to register for the webinar, click here!
